Past the halfway mark.

My numbers are within reach, my personal goals...not so much.
The 3600 numbers are mostly near half of my needed numbers. I've already passed the crunches numbers. What does this all mean??

I feel fit, I feel strong but I still feel like I need to do more. The eating numbers worry me because I don't feel like I am losing any weight. Weigh-in on Monday.....

  1. Thanks for stopping by my Blog - yes - that was a real "ego-trip." I forgot to mention that I was wearing my brand new "Trim Fit" suit. One Heady experience all the way.

You are doing great - overall weight loss is not the only goal - "Body Composition" is were it is at. Looking at how you are working out - you have got to be seeing body changes. Changing the way your body looks - solely from exercise is a slower process than weight loss. It is where I am at now.

I just keep knocking out chin-ups - as many as I can do - every day that I am in the gym. Did 40 this morning 5x8. I am progressing. My goal is 24 in 3 sets - good form. Still working on that.

You can make your Goals. Go for it.
